As a provider who works with The Victims Witness Assistance, if you have a Restraining Order, have committed a violent or sexual crime against another, if you happen to arrive or depart at the time your victim is there, I will be forced to report the incident. Our office takes a strong stance to protect the rights of all who enter. We STRONGLY advice those who have restraining orders, or have committed violent or sexual crimes for their own protection, to seek services elsewhere to lessen the likelihood of this occurring.
